Santa Barbara Airport Taxiway Realignment, Airfield, and T-Hanger Improvements Project City of Santa Barbara

The Santa Barbara Airport Taxiway Realignment, Airfield, and T-Hanger Improvements Project included redevelopment of portions of the airport property for purposes of constructing a series of modernized metal aircraft hangars, and implementation of various airfield modifications and improvements, including realignment of a taxiway and construction of a new taxi lane.

Ms. Winecki provided contracting planning services to the City of Santa Barbara Planning Department for the project, which included review of the project for conformity with applicable City development policies and standards, preparation of required State and Federal environmental review documentation, and preparation of recommendations for the Planning Commission to guide review and action on the project application. The project was approved by the City of Santa Barbara Planning Commission in April 2006 and the Federal Aviation Administration Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision was issued in June 2006.
